Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm AEST. Outside these hours, use the after-hours number above.

Existing online bookings
Help with trips already booked through the online booking tool — changes, cancellations, queries.
Reservations (new bookings)
New domestic, Trans-Tasman, or international bookings that can't be made online. Offline bookings attract additional fees.

Keep every receipt and report.
Medical receipts, incident reports (police, airline, hotel), baggage irregularity reports, and original booking invoices are all required for claims.
Lodge the claim on return.
