Insurance — claims process

Corporate Travel Insurance underwritten by Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI), policy 47-ZAH-325369, expires 31 October 2026.

    Call BHSI Care & Concierge first.

    For any medical incident, security concern, or evacuation — contact BHSI before arranging treatment or repatriation. Self-arranged repatriation may not be reimbursed.

    Keep every receipt and report.

    Medical receipts, incident reports (police, airline, hotel), baggage irregularity reports, and original booking invoices are all required for claims.

  3. 3

    Lodge the claim on return.

    Corporate Travel is an Accident & Health policy. Lodge directly with BHSI and notify Finance, referencing policy 47-ZAH-325369.
